Questions and Answers
1- Can I change my address after placing an order?
-If you need to modify the shipping address provided, you can do so within the first 3 hours after placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee the change, as the order may already be in production or in transit.
2- Can I cancel my order?
-You may request a cancellation within the first 3 hours of purchase.
-Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to accept cancellations.
3- Do you accept exchanges or returns?
- Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives poorly printed, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered, i.e. it was mislabeled.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. (NOTE WELL!) It is not possible to exchange an item for a different Size/Color.
- If you are not sure which size would fit you best, check our size charts. We have one for each item listing in product images. If possible measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it.
4- How long will it take for my product to arrive?
- It takes us between 2 and 5 (on average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then you must add shipping times (5-15 business days) on top of that, which is the average time for it to arrive in your hands
- We have suppliers in different countries, such as Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, among others, which may allow your order to arrive even faster. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we will do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches your hands as quickly as possible.
